As an Ofsted registered Childcare Provider, Haven Banks is registered with a number of Childcare Voucher Schemes. Childcare Vouchers can be used to cover full or part payment of a number of activity courses, sessions and holiday schemes at Haven Banks.

As well as company childcare voucher schemes, most recently Haven Banks is now registered to provide Childcare for the Governments Tax Free Childcare Scheme. Details of this and how Childcare payments can be made can be seen below.

New! Tax Free Childcare Scheme.

The 'Tax-Free Childcare scheme' will see the government contribute 20p for every 80p that working parents spend on care costs each year.

This is the equivalent of the 20% tax many people pay on their earnings - hence the name 'tax free'.

It will offer as many as two million working families in the UK up to £2,000 a year for each child under 12.

The scheme is good news for those who work for companies that don’t offer childcare vouchers, and for the self-employed.

How to Book & Pay with Childcare Vouchers.

Unfortunately, at present we are unable to accept online bookings using Childcare Vouchers. However, to try to make things as easy as possible and to ensure your child's booking is confirmed as soon as possible please follow these simple steps:

  1. Register /update your child's details (new parents).
  2. Choose a course HERE, checking availability and the cost.
  3. Book & pay online for the courses you would like your child to attend. Please use the correct account for each child.
  4. Apply for or pay via your childcare provider using the references below.
  5. Email us with the confirmation of the Childcare Voucher payment to Haven Banks, along with the name of the child & details & dates of the specific course .
  6. Haven Banks your confirmation of childcare voucher payment.
  7. Haven Banks OEC/Exeter College will then arrange a refund of your original online payment.
